Ensuring day-1 condition always.

Everyone agrees that the New Jonsson stores are stunningly beautiful and effective retail environments, on Day-1. You planned for it to be this way, and each store lives up to your incredible standard and signature design – a shop made to sell clothes!
And we fully expect that over time, each beautifully set up store must be maintained to keep on trading while employing that fresh, day-1 condition standard, all the time.
Thinking out the box here because: Jonsson does not want to build in a prohibitive cost to achieve this, and we need to be creative. That’s why you’re being offered the following maintenance choices to achieve this goal with your mannequin displays.
Option 1: Re-use your future damaged displays to help fund your replacements.
The point of this exercise is to GET YOUR RETAIL FLOOR LOOKING LIKE IT SHOULD in the shortest time possible. Because for every trading day that your ideal visual display setup is compromised, you’re no longer sticking to your winning sales plan formula.
That’s why, when you alert us to a damaged display item, we’ll ship you a new one first. Then get your damaged unit back, for repair work to be done later (not while you’re waiting to restore your sales floor to Day-1 condition)
  1. Female or Male mannequin = R5300 + vat
  2. Female or Male torso = R3300 + vat
  3. Female or Male leg forms = 2800 + vat
This includes creating the new mannequin display, shipping it directly to your store, and also the cost of shipping to return the damaged unit back to our premises.
Jonsson specific touch-up kit:
You’ll also get access to a touch up kit in your own unique Jonsson colours, via a simple spray tin system. Please expect samples for your testing, shortly.
Option 2:
Then you also have an option 2, which is a 4 Day Turn-around time on the option 1. service, and there’s no added cost. Here’s how:
  1. You get a 24-month Service Level Agreement.
  2. With 10% of each participating stores’ total requirement made up and ready to serve your maintenance requests with a 4 working day time-frame.
  3. These items are ready for maintenance, but they are ultimately yours. This means that at the end of the 24-month term, whatever you have not used, is yours and will be delivered to the stores of your choice. This option gives your better service, but it won’t end up costing you more money, because this service fee covers a full 10% of the participating stores’ displays. You only pay the option 1 replacement rates when you’ve exhausted this stock.
  4. The service fee is:
    1. New Market = R993 per month
    2. Roodepoort = R1135 per month
    3. George = R1107 per month
    4. Vredenburg = R568 per month
    5. Bloemfontein = R993 per month
    6. Fourways = R993 per month
    7. Polokwane = R766 per month
all excl. vat
Remember that all your new mannequins come standard with a 12-month factory warranty, and factory warranty replacements do not deplete your maintenance stock.
