Display Equipment Co. uses this website to show our mannequin ranges and help you contact our Johannesburg team.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics remain off until you accept them. If you accept, we record pages viewed, device category, referral or campaign source and selected actions such as opening a model gallery or clicking an enquiry link. We use an anonymous per-tab session identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our own analytics do not record your name, email address, form contents or raw IP address. Events are excluded from reports after 90 days and removed by routine cleanup.
When configured, Google Analytics 4 also receives website-use events, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. These services may use cookies and process data outside South Africa. Our forms are marked for masking and admin pages are excluded. Their data retention is managed separately in those services. We do not enable advertising consent through this website.
Your choice
Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the screen to accept or decline optional analytics at any time. Your choice is remembered for up to six months. Declining does not stop you from browsing or enquiring. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Withdrawing consent stops future collection on this browser; it does not automatically delete information already collected.
Enquiries & service requests
Our contact form prepares an email in your email application; it is not sent until you choose to send it. Email, phone and WhatsApp links use those services. SCM service reports and attached images are submitted through FormSubmit to our team. Please include only information needed to respond to your request. We use information you provide to assist with your enquiry or service request.
Essential security
The admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after eight hours. Sign-in and analytics endpoints use temporary rate-limiting records derived from network addresses to reduce abuse. Our hosting and communication providers may keep operational security logs under their own policies.
